Happy Wednesday! Halfway through this week and surprisingly almost to July? Yeah I can’t believe it either.
Today I want to take some time to highlight one of my favorite authors J.L Weil. Haven’t heard? Well some of my favorite series are by this fantastic author. Check them out below. You may just find a new series to love yourself.
Her books are all about romance, the supernatural, and girls kicking butt. If you like any of those things I highly suggest you pick up one of her books. Let me know if you do!
An admitted addict to Love Pink clothes, raspberry mochas from Starbucks, and Jensen Ackles. She loves gushing about books and Supernatural with her readers.
Here are some of my favorite series by Weil. This is in no way her full catalog. If you wish to know more about her books, her, or sign up for a free book check out her website: J.L. Weil Official Website
Beauty Never Dies Series:
Book #1 in The Beauty Never Dies Chronicles
There is no such thing as happily ever after.
Everything Charlotte Winston thought she knew has been thrown out the window. From the moment she opens her eyes, the world she remembered ceases to exist, and in its place is a post-apocalyptic realm filled with unimaginable dangers. And one very smoking hot guy who has an uncanny ability to make her blood sing, then boil in a blink of an eye.
Dash Darhk is everything her parents would hate. He’s six feet and two inches of dark temptation and a killer smile, that’s surely left a stream of broken hearts in his wake. But her parents are nowhere to be found. Charlotte is alone in this new world. Destroyed by a toxic mist, the land isn’t the only thing altered, but the inhabitants as well.
As Charlotte begins the hunt for her family, gifts she’s never fathom awaken inside her. And with the gifts come problems. Enormous ones. Charlotte is running out of options and places to hide. If she can’t figure out who to trust—and fast—she will lose more than her heart.
It only took one heartbeat to change my life—one chilling phone call in the middle of the night.
And then, as if my life didn’t already suck, my dad sends my brother and me to some idyllic island for the summer to live with a grandma we never met. WTH. Naturally, I rebel. In the end, I find myself shipped off to Raven Hallow…and bored to tears.
Until I get an eyeful of the mind-bendingly gorgeous Zane Hunter. The dark-hair cutie makes my pulse go bonkers, and I think, maybe this might not be so bad after all. Six feet of swoon inducing looks, with a hint of Celtic charm in his voice, he was the type of guy that left a string of broken hearts in his wake. And I had all the heartbreak I could handle.
Yet, there is something uncanny, almost supernatural about Zane, and it’s not just his devastating smirk. No matter how much distance I put between us, Raven Hallow isn’t big enough, and the sparking tension between is undeniable. Of course, the one person I want to avoid becomes my salvation.
My past comes back to terrorize me. Someone wants me dead, and the closer I get to the truth, the more I realize my whole life is a lie. I am no longer sure what is more frightening—the attempts on my life or the guy whose heart and soul are synchronized with mine.
Brianna Morgan’s life hasn’t always been a walk in the park. Losing both parents in a tragic car accident was not easy to deal with for a seventeen-year-old. But she’s adjusted well considering, that is until a new guy at school stirs things up.
Gavin Mason is wickedly hot, and his stormy sapphire eyes are shrouded with mystery and secrets. Brianna is drawn to him, but he isn’t the guy who captivates her. Lukas Devine looks like the boy next door and it’s his sunny face that heats up her unusual dreams.
Brianna never felt normal. But when Gavin reveals things that could change her world forever, opening her eyes to impossibilities, Brianna is forced to face her destiny. Will she embrace what is hers by birthright?
